We ship to most EU countries. You can find these in the table below. We ship all our EU packages with DHL, DPD or PostNL depending on the area. This way we can deliver the best service possible. You will always receive a track and trace code to track your package from door to door.

All our orders are packaged and shipped discreet. There is NO reference to who the sender is. There is also NO reference to what the content is. No logo or text mentioning “Tatanka” will be found on the package.

Track and trace shipping

Once the courier has your package, you will receive an email with your track and trace link.

If you missed your package, normally the courier will try to deliver your package a few more times again. If the package is delivered somewhere else, the courier will leave a note with the address of the nearest postal office to pick it up. In exceptional cases the courier will deliver the package to your neighbors. But don’t worry, because of the discreet shipping nobody knows whats in the package.

You can contact the courier company with your track and trace number to avoid that they send your package back to us. Normally a package remains in the post office for 1 to 2 weeks.

Legal status in my country

All our products are natural, supplements and legal in the Netherlands. You can only order if you are 18+. You are responsible to know about the legal status of our products in your country. Please inform yourself about the laws in your country before you make a purchase.

Important: We do not refund your money, if customs seized your package. They can seize it before and after it has been send to your country. However you can always track and trace your package to follow the latest status of your package.

We ship after we receive payment

Please note that we can only prepare orders, once your payment has been received. Your package is prepared within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Some payments methods like Banktransfer, take up till a few days. If you use the Online banking method, we almost immediately receive the payment, so we can ship your package faster.

Are you waiting for your package?

Your package might be delayed, because we didn’t receive your payment yet. Also Customs or your local postal company can delay or keep your package. Other factors are the holidays, weather and incorrect or missing address information.

Important: You are responsible for giving full and correct delivery details at the time of purchase. Tatanka cannot be held responsible for any incorrect delivery, delays, non-delivery or charges incurred.

We do not refund money, if you provided us with incorrect address information. Unless you ordered products that can be kept for longer and the package is returned to us.
