Cola Nut Powder
Cola nitida or Cola Nut originates from tropical Africa, it’s a kola tree growing up to 40 feet (13 meters) tall. The kola nut is rich with caffeine-containing nut of evergreen trees . The cola trees have yellow flowers with purple spots and star-shaped fruit.
Inside the fruit, about a dozen square or round seeds develop in a white seed-shell.Throughout Western Africa, a small piece of nut is chewed before each meal to promote digestion. It was introduced to Europe in the mid 16th century by Portuguese traders.
The nut is also thought to improve the flavour of any food and to counteract the effects of drinking tainted water. The nut’s aroma is sweet and rose-like. The first taste is bitter, but it sweetens upon chewing. The Cola nut can be boiled to extract the cola.
How to Use
Take 1-2 tea spoons with a drink, this dose will affects you up to 2-3 hours.
